Shipping & Returns

Delivery Charges
All wedding gowns shipped within Australia are FREE. Gowns will be couriered or sent via registered Australia Post. Accessories purchased will be delivered via registered Australia post. Standard Australia Post charges apply for accessories from $4.50. We currently ship to the USA & UK. Delivery charges are from $13. Items will be sent via Australia Post. For other international destinations, please contact us via email.

 

Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your small accessory items via registered post within 3 working days and wedding gowns via courier within 8 weeks from order date; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer (at which stage you will be advised via at the time of ordering).

Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange or give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@pennylanebridal.com.au  within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

 

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

 

Please email Returns with notification of the items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

 

Please include a copy of your returns email, your name, contact phone number, email address and order number with any returned goods so we can organise your entitled refund.

 

We recommend that you return the product via registered post for accessories or courier for wedding gowns and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.

 

Penny Lane Bridal Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
